General Information

  • Online registrations will be accepted until 11:59pm on 4/1/2025, or until capacity is reached.
  • Room availability shown is based on the minimum number of 60 guaranteed rooms.
  • Available room count/commuter count might increase based on registration demand prior to 4/1/2025.
  • Registration fee includes lodging (unless the participant is registered as a commuter), 5 meals, coffee, tea and water.
  • Full online payment is required at the time of registration.
  • A processing fee for online payment will be displayed/added at the end of the transaction (RegFox charges $0.99 plus 1% of the registration).
  • Refunds cannot be granted after 4/1/2025.
  • In the event of illness, work obligations, family emergencies, etc., RegFox offers a voluntary purchase protection plan for a small fee. If a retreatant cannot attend and has purchased this plan, he or she can get a full refund from RegFox. Neither the OA Registrar nor the Intergroup can process these requests; RegFox handles all the details.
  • Colombiere has offered the use of two refrigerators for our participants.
  • The OA Retreat Committee will send a final confirmation email to registered participants during the week of the retreat which will include the menu.
